These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to urbanmintselectora.com and your purchase and use of digital educational products offered by URBANMINT SELECTORA LLC. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Company and services

URBANMINT SELECTORA LLC publishes self-paced digital resources: workbooks, templates, tutorials, and planning guides for project organization and personal productivity. Unless a specific SKU states otherwise, offerings are informational/educational files — not live coaching, not graded academic credit, and not project-management software hosting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase on your behalf.

3. Orders and pricing

Listed prices on the catalog are starting prices in U.S. dollars unless noted. We confirm SKU, scope, deliverables, and total before payment. Taxes may apply based on your location. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate license terms.

4. Digital delivery and license

Upon confirmed payment, we deliver files or download links to the email you provide. Unless stated in writing for a custom engagement, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use files for yourself. You may print for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or sublicense the files. The Studio Desk Pass covers the library as of the purchase date; future additions may require a separate update unless we state otherwise in writing.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download, or automate access beyond normal personal use.
Do not remove copyright notices embedded in PDFs where present.
Do not represent our materials as your own commercial product.
Do not use the site to transmit malware or abusive content.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and digital products remain our property or our licensors’. Your license is limited to permitted personal use. Feedback you provide may be used to improve products without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

Products and the site are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific productivity outcomes, business results, or compatibility with every device. You are responsible for backups and how you apply templates to your projects.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the specific SKU giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of files, violation of these Terms, or infringement arising from content you combine with our templates.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in California, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your state requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the site and contact us about existing purchases.
